I am Sonia Calzada, born and raised in Mallorca, and for over 12 years I have dedicated my life to a single objective: to create unique and meaningful weddings on my island.

What began as a summer job at the age of 17 in Mallorca's most renowned luxury catering service became my true passion and my school. There I learned every detail of the bridal process, from the most precise logistics to the importance of taking care of the small gestures that make a difference.

Throughout my career, I have produced and organized over 300 weddings, which has allowed me to get to know each stage in depth, detect the mistakes to avoid, enhance the successes, and, above all, surround myself with a network of trusted vendors for every type of couple and occasion.

I believe that the essence of each couple is their style, and that should be present on their big day. For this reason, every wedding I organize is a completely personalized design, created to reflect their personality, their story, and their dreams. I define myself as someone who loves what is simple and straightforward, because I am convinced that therein lies true beauty.

Mallorca is my home and my inspiration: its light, its sea, its rhythm, and its Mediterranean essence permeate each of my projects. After my time at the renowned catering service, I collaborated on the launch of a colleague's brand and participated in weddings that have been published in media outlets such as ¡HOLA! Bodas, Casilda se Casa, and Vogue.

In recent years, I have learned that the difference between a beautiful wedding and a perfect wedding lies in the person who sets the pace, coordinates every instant, and turns the vision into reality.

Today, at 30 years old and with a long career to back me up, I am beginning my own journey with Wedding Brand Mallorca to offer each couple not just a wedding, but a curated, elegant, and serene experience, where every detail counts and everything flows so they can simply live and enjoy their day.
